Child's Birthday. The parent not otherwise entitled under this standard order to present possession of a child on the child's birthday shall have possession of the child beginning at 6:00 p.m. and ending at 8:00 p.m. on that day, provided that said parent picks up the child from the residence of the conservator entitled to possession and returns the child to that same place.

Child's Birthday. The parties are welcome to celebrate the children’s birthdays together. If they cannot agree to do so, the Father shall have birthday timesharing during even-numbered years and the Mother shall have birthday timesharing during odd-numbered years. Birthday timesharing is defined as 4:00PM or release from school the day before the birthday until 9:00AM or return to school the day after the birthday. The children shall go together for birthday timesharing.
Child's Birthday. The parent having physical custody on the child’s birthday, shall have custody of the child that day. Christmas: Father shall have custody of the minor children during Christmas Eve, commencing December 23rd at 7:00 p.m. until December 24th at 9:00 p.m. Mother shall have custody of the minor children commencing 9:00 p.m., December 24th until 7:00 p.m., December 25th. The parties shall alternate this schedule each year.

  • Re-employment After Retirement Employees who have reached retirement age as prescribed under the Pension (Municipal) Act and continue in the Employer's service, or are re-engaged within three (3) calendar months of retirement, shall continue at their former increment step in the pay rate structure of the classification in which they are employed, and the employee's previous anniversary date shall be maintained. All perquisites earned up to the date of retirement shall be continued or reinstated.

  • Normal Retirement Age Normal Retirement Age shall mean the date on which the Executive attains age sixty-five (65).

  • Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation Section 14.01 Pursuant to section 17076.11 of the Education Code, the DISTRICT has a participation goal for disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE’s) of at least three (3) percent, per year, of funds expended each year by the DISTRICT on projects that use funds allocated by the State Allocation Board pursuant to the Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx School Facilities Act (the Act). Should this project use funds allocated under the Act, to the extent feasible and as required by law, RGMK shall provide to the DISTRICT certification of compliance with the procedures for implementation of DVBE contracting goals, appropriate documentation identifying the amount paid to DVBE’s in conjunction with the Agreement, and documentation demonstrating RGMK’s good faith efforts to meet these goals.

  • Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises This section is applicable if Contractor received a disabled veteran business enterprise (“DVBE”) incentive in connection with this Agreement. Contractor’s failure to meet the DVBE commitment set forth in its bid or proposal constitutes a breach of the Agreement. If Contractor used DVBE subcontractor(s) in connection with this Agreement: (i) Contractor must use the DVBE subcontractors identified in its bid or proposal, unless the Judicial Council approves in writing replacement by another DVBE subcontractor in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and (ii) Contractor must within sixty (60) days of receiving final payment under this Agreement certify in a report to the Judicial Council: (1) the total amount of money Contractor received under the Agreement; (2) the name and address of each DVBE subcontractor to which Contractor subcontracted work in connection with the Agreement; (3) the amount each DVBE subcontractor received from Contractor in connection with the Agreement; and (4) that all payments under the Agreement have been made to the applicable DVBE subcontractors. A person or entity that knowingly provides false information shall be subject to a civil penalty for each violation.

  • RETIREMENT PICK-UP 179. The City shall pick up the full amount of the employees' contribution to retirement.

  • Employee Called as a Witness Upon reasonable notification, the Employer will grant leave with pay to a witness called by an employee who is a party to the grievance.
