Chiropractic Care. The District and CSEA agree to meet and negotiate an increase to the Health and Welfare cap, if all the following conditions are met: a. 2023-24 funded COLA exceeds 8.13% b. By July 1, 2023, the state has adopted a budget which does not incorporate any deferrals or reductions in LCFF funding for the 2023-24 fiscal year.
