Christmas and Boxing Day. Christmas and Boxing Days (25 and 26 December) shall be non-working days, observed from the commencement of night shift prior to Christmas Day (6pm on the 24th of December) for a period of 48 hours.

Christmas and Boxing Day. When Christmas and Boxing Day fall on Saturday and Sunday, or when Christmas falls on a Sunday, both holidays shall be celebrated on the following Monday and Tuesday.
Christmas and Boxing Day. Where there are two (2) statutory holidays, e.g. Christmas and Boxing Day, four (4) days work shall entitle the employee to six (6) days’ pay. Five (5) days work shall entitle the employees to seven (7) days’ pay.

  • Christmas Day Melbourne Cup Day (or alternative days in regional areas);

  • Boxing Day If another Federal, Provincial or Municipal holiday should be proclaimed during the term of this Agreement, such additional proclaimed holiday will replace one of the above-named holidays as agreed by the parties.   • Christmas Period relating to scheduling during this period will apply, except as modified to confirm that the weekend shift employee will continue to work weekends during this period.

  • Opening hours The restaurant must inform Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd of its hours of operation (the “Opening Hours”), and of any changes to such Opening Hours. If the hours of operation are stated on the menu, Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd shall be entitles to treat these as the Opening Hours unless the Restaurant informs Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd otherwise.
