Christmas Holiday Plan. The following are the holidays that will be observed during the Christmas season and collectively make up Christmas Holiday Plan: i) The Company will grant sufficient paid holidays each year to enable the plant to be shut down from Christmas Day to New Year’s Day inclusive; ii) Included in this plan is provision for the Monday before Christmas to be a paid holiday when Christmas Day is on a Tuesday, and for Friday after the New Year to be a paid holiday when New Year’s Day is on a Thursday; iii) Over a seven year period, the Christmas Plan provides for an average of 6 1/7 paid holidays during Christmas Season.
