Common use of CITY MANAGEMENT Clause in Contracts

CITY MANAGEMENT. City's City Manager or designee shall represent City in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by Contractor. City's City Manager shall be authorized to act on City's behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Tasks to be performed or change Contractor's compensation, subject to Section 6 hereof.

CITY MANAGEMENT. City's City Manager The Director of or his designee shall represent City CITY in all matters pertaining to the administration of this AgreementAGREEMENT, including review and approval of all products submitted by ContractorCONSULTANT, but not including the authority to enlarge the tasks to be performed or change the compensation due to CONSULTANT. City's The City Manager shall be authorized to act on City's CITY’S behalf and to execute all necessary documents which that enlarge the Tasks tasks to be performed or change ContractorCONSULTANT's compensation, subject to Section 6 hereof.
