SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY. The City is responsible for the maintenance and replacement of the buildings, structures, utilities, and surrounding areas including shrubbery. The City shall furnish water, telephone, electric, gas, trash service and pay for the same. The City is responsible for compliance with the Virginia Xxxxxx Xxxxx Pool and Spa Safety Act and Americans with Disability Act compliance. The City shall provide four (4) sets of keys for locks that access the pools, bathhouse and equipment areas.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY. 3.1 The City shall provide transportation services for the respective years of this Agreement to Full-time and Part-time Students with the Digital UPass or paper- based transit pass (“UPass”).
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY. The City shall provide Fire Operations services beginning on July 1, 2024 (the “Effective Date”). Subject to the conditions in Section 2. B., the City shall provide Fire Prevention services other than fire inspections beginning on the Effective Date, and fire inspection services beginning on the Effective Date.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY. 3.1 The City shall provide transportation services for the respective school year of this Agreement to Students who have not opted out of the Digital UPass or the paper- based transit pass (“UPass”) pursuant to Article 4.8 herein.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY. 3.1 The City shall provide transportation services to Students who have been issued validated Student Identification Cards for the Academic Year during the Term.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY. 4.1 CITY personnel will work cooperatively with the CONTRACTOR to ensure timely approvals of all items required under this Contract.
4.2 CITY will promptly act, review, and make decisions as necessary to permit the orderly progress of CONTRACTOR’S work under this Contract.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY. A. Support for Contractor To support the Contractor in successfully managing the CARE+ MHU program, the City shall provide up to thirteen (13) mobile shower and bathroom trailers for use. The locations that will be serviced will be selected by LASAN and be provided to the Contractor prior to daily deployment. The City will also obtain any necessary parking or street permits for parking the shower and bathroom trailer at each location. The City shall obtain necessary approvals for use of fire hydrants and be responsible for costs associated with water usage. The City shall be responsible for providing an available connection for sewer/ wastewater discharge. The City shall provide disposal services for the collection of waste accumulated in receptacles for needles, trash, and hazardous waste. The City shall also provide a location to safely park the shower and bathroom trailers.
B. Mechanical Trailer Operation and Transportation of the Mobile Shower and Bathroom Trailers The City shall be responsible for the mechanical operation and transportation of the shower and bathroom trailers. This includes safely towing the shower and bathroom trailers to and from a designated parking / storage location and each scheduled operating location utilizing one or more vehicles properly set up and capable of pulling the trailer. The City shall also be responsible for obtaining the vehicle(s) that can tow the shower and bathroom trailer. The City shall also ensure that any driver of a vehicle that will be transporting a shower and bathroom trailer holds the required driver’s license to tow a trailer of such size and weight. The City shall ensure that the transportation of the shower and bathroom trailers be in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. The City shall be responsible for paying any moving violations, parking violations or other violations as a result of the transportation of the shower and bathroom trailers, as well as any damage to the shower and bathroom trailers due to any moving violations or collisions. At each operating location, the City shall be responsible for ensuring the shower trailer is operational including connecting the trailer to a water source, as well as a sewer/wastewater line. At the end of each day of shower and bathroom service, the City shall break down the shower and bathroom trailer so that it is ready to be safely towed to a storage site.
