City Planning Activities﷒. (a) Transportation, Infrastructure and Public Space Planning. Master Developer will work with the City and its engineering firm to review recent transportation, utilities/infrastructure and public space studies and plans for Union Square prepared by or on behalf of the City and to participate in ongoing studies and plans. The City and the Master Developer recognize that the transportation, utilities/infrastructure and public space planning studies and plans are critical elements of the preparation of the Neighborhood Plan and the specific development plans for the Disposition Parcels, and will be undertaken contemporaneously with the broader development of the City’s plans for transportation, utilities/infrastructure and public space planning. Should the Master Developer have any comments for the City, they shall provide such comments no later than two weeks after any such plans or actions have been discussed by the Parties or otherwise in a timely manner in the context of the broader development of planning. The goal of the City’s proposed improvements is to identify a design alternative that the City deems will:

  • Marketing Activities The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in marketing activities for any Hydrocarbons or enter into any contracts related thereto other than (i) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from their proved Oil and Gas Properties during the period of such contract, (ii) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from proved Oil and Gas Properties of third parties during the period of such contract associated with the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries that the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries has the right to market pursuant to joint operating agreements, unitization agreements or other similar contracts that are usual and customary in the oil and gas business and (iii) other contracts for the purchase and/or sale of Hydrocarbons of third parties (A) which have generally offsetting provisions (i.e. corresponding pricing mechanics, delivery dates and points and volumes) such that no “position” is taken and (B) for which appropriate credit support has been taken to alleviate the material credit risks of the counterparty thereto.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • NO MARKETING ACTIVITIES Performing Agency is prohibited from using the Work for any Performing Agency or third- party marketing, advertising, or promotional activities, without the prior written consent of System Agency. The foregoing prohibition includes, without limitation, the placement of banners, pop-up ads, or other advertisements promoting Performing Agency’s or a third party’s products, services, workshops, trainings, or other commercial offerings on any website portal or internet-based service or software application hosted or managed by Performing Agency as part of the Work.

  • Lobbying Activities The above list of Sections surviving the termination and/or expiration of this Contract is not exhaustive and there are other provisions of this Contract which shall survive the termination, in whole or in part, and/or expiration of this Contract.

  • Professional Development Activities Professional development activities are activities initiated by individual faculty members or groups of faculty members and may include attendance at conferences, workshops or seminars which facilitate the following:

  • Requirement for Project Planning No physical work will begin on the construction site until the receipt of a Proceed Order issued by the Owner. The Contract assumes that a Proceed Order will be issued in not more than sixty days from the Effective Date of the Contract. Failure of the Contractor to provide the necessary documentation for the issuance of a Proceed Order shall not entitle the Contractor to any extension of time. If a Proceed Order is not issued within sixty days from the award of the Contract and non-issuance is due to nonperformance by the Contractor, the Contractor may be in default.

  • Programs and Activities If the sponsor has received a grant (or other federal assistance) for any of the sponsor’s program or activities, these requirements extend to all of the sponsor’s programs and activities.

  • Co-Curricular Activities G. The enrollment of the student of employees who reside outside the District shall be subject to School Board Policy 3.02(3)f, Out-of-County Students.

  • Association Activities The parties agree employees shall have the right to form, join, and participate in the lawful activities of the Association for the purpose of representation in matters of employment relations. No employee shall be interfered with, restrained, coerced, or discriminated against because of the exercise of such rights.
