City Residency. Members of the bargaining unit must be residents of the City of Boston in accordance with the City of Boston’s Residency Ordinance (Ord. 1976, c. 9 as amended), except that after ten (10) years of active service from the date of hire with the City of Boston, bargaining unit members will be exempted from the Residency Ordinance.

City Residency. Employees shall receive a city residence allowance of one percent (1%) added to their base pay upon establishing residency within the City limits. An employee who leaves residency in the City shall immediately cease receiving professional development residency pay.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Changes in Locations, Name, etc The Borrower shall not (i) change the location of its chief executive office/chief place of business from that specified in Section 6 hereof or (ii) change its name, identity or corporate structure (or the equivalent) or change the location where it maintains its records with respect to the Collateral unless it shall have given the Lender at least 30 days prior written notice thereof and shall have delivered to the Lender all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and amendments thereto as the Lender shall request and taken all other actions deemed necessary by the Lender to continue its perfected status in the Collateral with the same or better priority.
