City Right of Inspection. City’s authorized representatives shall have access to the Premises (a) with 24-hour notice at any and all reasonable times to determine whether or not Tenant is complying with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (b) at any and all times, with or without notice, for fire, and police/ or homeland security purposes, to investigate any incidents involving personal injury or property damage, or for any other purpose incidental to the rights and/or duties of City. The right of inspection hereby reserved to City shall impose no obligation on City to make inspections to ascertain the condition of the Premises, and shall impose no liability upon City for failure to make such inspection. Tenant shall provide personnel to accompany City's representatives on periodic inspections of the Premises to determine Tenant’s compliance with this Agreement.

City Right of Inspection. ‌ (a) The City may, at any time during the term of the Works Site Licence, request access to the Works Site for the purpose of:‌ (i) inspecting the condition of the Works Site; (ii) inspecting the progress of the Works; or (iii) carrying out an inspection for any City purpose. (b) If the City wishes to request access to the Works Site under clause 6.3(a), the City will give to RMS a notice listing the time and date for such inspection at least 3 Business Days prior to the requested date of inspection set out in the notice.‌ (c) On receipt of a notice referred to in clause 6.3(b), RMS will seek to arrange the inspection for the time and date required by the City in the notice given by the City. (d) The City may access the Works Site during an inspection under clause 6.3(b), provided that: (i) a representative of RMS accompanies the City's Employees and Agents at all times during the inspection; and (ii) the City's Employees and Agents comply with all safety and other access requirements applying to the relevant areas of the Works Site. (e) An inspection of the Works Site by the City may not proceed if a representative of RMS is not present at the time required for the inspection.
City Right of Inspection. During the Construction Period, the City may enter any portion of the Stadium in order for its authorized employees and representatives to make inspections of the work for conformance to the Plans, and compliance with all applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations related to construction, use, and occupancy of the Stadium. For these purposes, City may assign a construction advisor on site during the construction period at City’s sole cost and expense. This right of inspection does not authorize City to enter the construction site after-hours or without a Club representative or contractor xxxxxxx on site. If, in the opinion of the City, the work is not being carried out in accordance with the Plans, City shall have the right to require Club to correct any such non-conforming work, in addition to any other remedies available to the City.
City Right of Inspection. City shall have the right to have its representative, upon reasonable notice, enter the project area at any time prior to its acceptance of the completion of construction of the Improvements. City's right to enter and inspect the project shall in no way create City responsibility for inspection and approval of the project.   • SITE INSPECTION Where a site inspection is required by the Bid Specifications or Project Definition, Bidder shall be required to inspect the site, including environmental or other conditions for pre-existing deficiencies that may affect the installed Product, equipment, or environment or services to be provided and, which may affect Bidder’s ability to properly deliver, install or otherwise provide the required Product. All inquiries regarding such conditions shall be made in writing. Bidder shall be deemed to have knowledge of any deficiencies or conditions which such inspection or inquiry might have disclosed.   • Environmental Inspections In the event Landlord has a reasonable basis to believe that Tenant is in breach of its obligations under Sections 32.1 through 32.4, Landlord shall have the right, from time to time, during normal business hours and upon not less than five (5) Business Days written notice to Tenant (except in the case of an emergency that constitutes an imminent threat to human health or safety or damage to property, in which event Landlord shall undertake reasonable efforts to notify a representative of Tenant as soon as practicable under the circumstances), to conduct an inspection of the Leased Property or any portion thereof (and Tenant shall be permitted to have Landlord or its representatives accompanied by a representative of Tenant) to determine the existence or presence of Hazardous Substances on or about the Leased Property or any portion thereof. In the event Landlord has a reasonable basis to believe that Tenant is in breach of its obligations under Sections 32.1 through 32.4, Landlord shall have the right to enter and inspect the Leased Property or any portion thereof, conduct any testing, sampling and analyses it reasonably deems necessary and shall have the right to inspect materials brought into the Leased Property or any portion thereof. Landlord may, in its discretion, retain experts to conduct the inspection, perform the tests referred to herein, and to prepare a written report in connection therewith if Landlord has a reasonable basis to believe that Tenant is in breach of its obligations under Sections 32.1 through 32.4. All costs and expenses incurred by Landlord under this Section 32.6 shall be the responsibility of Landlord, except solely to the extent Tenant has breached its obligations under Sections 32.1 through 32.5, in which event such reasonable costs and expenses shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord as provided in Section 32.4. Failure to conduct an environmental inspection or to detect unfavorable conditions if such inspection is conducted shall in no fashion constitute a release of any liability for environmental conditions subsequently determined to be associated with or to have occurred during Tenant’s tenancy. Tenant shall remain liable for any environmental condition related to or having occurred during its tenancy regardless of when such conditions are discovered and regardless of whether or not Landlord conducts an environmental inspection at the termination of this Lease. The obligations set forth in this Article XXXII shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease but in no event shall Article XXXII apply to matters first occurring after the later of (x) the end of the Term and (y) the date upon which Tenant shall have vacated the Leased Property and surrendered the same to Landlord, in each case to the extent such matters are not or were not caused by the acts or omissions of Tenant in breach of this Lease.
