City Sewer and Water Trunk Extension. On or before _, 2017, if the Developer has commenced demolition work on the Development Property, the City agrees to extend sewer and water trunk utilities to the property line of the Development Property and the City will not levy any special assessments on the Development Property for the extension of water and sewer trunk utilities to the property line of the Development Property. Upon connection of the Development Property to the municipal sewer and water systems, the City agrees that, as part of the utility extension project, it will abandon the existing septic tank on the Development Property. The Developer shall pay sewer and water connection charges in the amount of $ and all other City utility fees in connection with the Project as invoiced. [Subject to final approval from the State,] the City agrees to allow the Developer to continue to use the existing on-site well along with the City’s water system for the provision of water to the Development Property.
