City’s Use. Unless otherwise specified in the Exhibits to this Agreement, the City’s use of the sports courts, paved surfaces, pools, sports turf areas, playgrounds, and parking lots (“City Facilities”) located on the City Sites for any purpose shall take precedence and priority over the District’s or any other person or entity’s use. “City’s Use” includes use of the City’s Facilities, without limitation:

  • Business Use Coverage is provided if the BUSINESS USE surcharge has been paid as specified on YOUR DECLARATION PAGE.
