City Sites definition

City Sites means the sites at and in respect of which the Contractor will perform the Services and which are set out in Schedule C hereto which list may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
City Sites means the physical buildings or other facilities occupied by the City, that are physically connect to the Municipal Broadband Infrastructure and thereby part of the Metro Area Network
City Sites means the Sites located on City streets, public-right of way or other public property owned or controlled by the City within which the System is operated.

Examples of City Sites in a sentence

  • No carnival or circus will be allowed within three hundred feet (300) of a residential area except for approved City Sites.

  • Tenant shall not use or permit the City Sites to be used for any purpose other than the Permitted Use, nor may Tenant use or permit the City Sites to be used for any activity violating any applicable City, state, or federal law, rule, or regulation.

  • The Network Huts, including all equipment housed therein, installed by Tenant at City Sites pursuant to this Master Lease are, and shall continue to be, the property of the Tenant.

  • Pursuant to this Master Lease, Landlord agrees to lease certain City-owned premises (“City Sites”) to Tenant, and Tenant agrees to lease certain City Sites from Landlord, each subject to the terms and conditions of this Master Lease.

  • Tenant must keep and maintain all Network Huts and improvements installed and constructed on City Sites in a good state of appearance and repair (except for reasonable wear and tear) at Tenant’s own expense.


More Definitions of City Sites

City Sites means the seven sites for which Eagle Point has applied for interconnection, as listed in its Complaint.

Related to City Sites

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.
