Civic and Community Participation. During the Term of this Agreement, Developer agrees to actively participate in the civic, charitable, educational, philanthropic and economic development of Overland Park. Accordingly, at a minimum, Developer shall (a) at all times be a dues-paying member in good standing with (i) the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, and (ii) the Overland Park Economic Development Council, and (b) Developer shall make an annual donation to the Overland Park Arts and Recreation Foundation in an amount determined in the sole discretion of Developer, but not to be less than $1,000 annually.
Civic and Community Participation. As set forth in Section 6.10, during the Term of the Agreement, Xxxxxxxxx agrees to actively participate in the civic, charitable, educational, philanthropic and economic development of Overland Park, which, at a minimum, includes being a dues-paying member in good standing with (i) the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, and (ii) the Overland Park Economic Development Council. Xxxxxxxxx also agrees to make an annual donation to the Overland Park Arts and Recreation Foundation in an amount determined by the Developer, but not to be less than $1,000 annually.
Civic and Community Participation. In Section 9.1, Xxxxxxxxx agrees that during the 20-year Term of the Agreement, Developer will actively participate in the civic, charitable, educational, philanthropic and economic development of Overland Park, including an obligation to maintain a dues-paying membership with the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, and the Overland Park Downtown Overland Park Business Improvement District. Additionally, Developer has specifically agreed to make a donation of at least $1,250 annually to the Shawnee Mission School District Foundation and to sponsor a Downtown Overland Park program or event in an amount of at least $1,250 annually.

Accordingly, at a minimum, Developer shall (a) at all times be a dues-paying member in good standing with (i) the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, and (ii) the Overland Park Economic Development Council, and (b) make an annual donation to Overland Park Arts and Recreation Foundation in an amount determined in the sole discretion of Developer, but not to be less than $8,000.00 annually, and (c) make an annual donation to the Mayor's Christmas Tree Fund in an amount determined in the sole discretion of Developer, but not to be less than $2,000.00 annually.
