Tree Fund definition

Tree Fund means a fund to be established hereunder as a revolving fund pursuant to G.L. c. 44, s. 53E1/2, for use by the Tree Warden for the purchase, planting, protection and care of public shade trees and town trees.
Tree Fund means a dedicated fund available to the Parks and Recreation Department and Public Works Department to support Tree Maintenance and planting of public trees and related public pro- grams which promote a healthy urban forest.
Tree Fund means the money collected by the City through replacement cash-in-lieu as per Schedule “B” of this Bylaw for the sole use of replacing lost tree canopy through the planting of trees on public and private properties.

Related to Tree Fund

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.
