Members in Good Standing. A Member will be in good standing as long as: (a) the Member is not delinquent in the payment of any contribution or other monetary obligation to the Corporation; and (b) Member shall not have received a notice of default from Franchisor with respect to one or more Restaurants located in the Association Area which default remains uncured to the satisfaction of Franchisor. Loss of good standing will not relieve the Member of the obligation to make contributions, when due.
Members in Good Standing. All employees of the Company covered by this Agreement shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union as per the Union bylaws and constitution. Copies of the Union bylaws and constitution shall be made available to employees at the expense of the Union.
Members in Good Standing. All employees who are members of AFSCME at the time both parties ratify this MOU, and all employees who subsequently join AFSCME, shall remain members in good standing for the duration of this agreement. Any employee who wishes to resign his/her membership in AFSCME shall be able to do so in the fifteen-day period immediately following expiration of the agreement. An employee being reclassified to a position outside of the bargaining units may elect to resign from membership in the Union.

Members in Good Standing a) The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees in the bargaining unit. Only members in good standing with the Brewery, Winery and Distillery Workers Union, Local 300 shall be employed in all departments of the Company save those employees coming within the exceptions set forth in Article 1.01, hereof.
b) It is understood that any permit card, temporary, or probationary employee who works at least 60 shifts in the brewery, without a break in seniority as defined in Article 3.01, shall become a Union member of the Brewery, Winery and Distillery Workers Union, Local 300 and shall be added to the seniority list as such.
Members in Good Standing. (a) All Owner Operators and Employees shall become members of the Union and shall as a condition of engagement or employment become and remain members of the Union in good standing, and must apply within three days of commencing work.
(b) It shall be the responsibility of the Management, when engaging new Owner Operators or hiring a new Employee, to have him/her sign a Union membership card and forward it to the local Union office. Also, at time of engagement or hiring, the Owner Operator or Employee shall be handed a copy of the present Collective Agreement and full details of the Benefit Plan.
(c) Should an Owner Operator's engagement with the company cease, or an Employee leave the employment of the Company, before issuing the final cheque, the Local Union Office is to be notified.

Members in Good Standing. Prior to hiring new employees, the Employer shall notify the Union of the operational need and the Union will submit names from the availability list for the Employer to consider. The Employer may reject certain members on the list due to suitability or qualification and hire externally as long as such employment does not cause any layoff to the regular Union members. The Employer will provide reason(s) for the rejection if so requested by the Union.
Members in Good Standing. County members of MAPA shall be members in good standing when the respective member county has fulfilled its financial obligations to MAPA as prescribed in ARTICLE VII. Members of MAPA, other than county members, shall be members in good standing as long as their respective parent county is considered to be in good standing.
