Members in Good Standing. A Member will be in good standing as long as: (a) the Member is not delinquent in the payment of any contribution or other monetary obligation to the Corporation; and (b) Member shall not have received a notice of default from Franchisor with respect to one or more Restaurants located in the Association Area which default remains uncured to the satisfaction of Franchisor. Loss of good standing will not relieve the Member of the obligation to make contributions, when due.

Members in Good Standing. All employees of the Company covered by this Agreement shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union as per the Union bylaws and constitution. Copies of the Union bylaws and constitution shall be made available to employees at the expense of the Union.
Members in Good Standing. All employees who are members of AFSCME at the time both parties ratify this MOU, and all employees who subsequently join AFSCME, shall remain members in good standing for the duration of this agreement.
