EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires January 24, 2024, unless it is terminated sooner pursuant to Article XX of the General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Contract by reference. This Contract may be extended up to three additional one-year periods upon request of Sourcewell and with written agreement by the Contractor, not to exceed a total of five years.
Effective Date and Termination Date The term of this SCIA shall commence on the Effective Date indicated on page 1 above and terminate on December 31, 2024, unless sooner terminated or extended as provided for below.
Commencement of Grid Rate 5.2.1 Number of days to go on grid: A Substitute Teacher who substitutes for the same teacher for a period of more than one (1) consecutive teaching day shall be paid 1/200 of the appropriate grid placement for the Substitute Teacher from the beginning and during the continuance of such consecutive teaching days.
Where Term Less Than Agreement Term Where a provision of this collective agreement so provides, the provision shall be in effect for a term less than the term of the collective agreement.
Extension Term Provided Lessee is not in default in the performance of any term or condition of this Lease, Lessee shall have the option to extend this Lease for two (2) additional terms of five (5) years per term, commencing with the expiration of the first or additional term, upon the following conditions:
Commencement Date and Term 1.1 This Agreement shall come into force on [insert date] (the “Commencement Date”) and, subject to paragraph 1.2 below, shall continue in full force and effect until [insert date] OR [until all Services have been completed and all Deliverables have been delivered to the British Council’s satisfaction as set out in Schedule 2 (Terms of Reference)] (the “Term”).
