Claims Made Insurance Policies. Insurance written on a “claims made” basis is to be renewed by CONTRACTOR and its Providers for a period of five (5) years following termination of this Agreement. Such insurance must have the same coverage and limits as the policy that was in effect during the term of this Agreement, and will cover Agency and Provider for all claims made.
Claims Made Insurance Policies. Any insurance provided on a claims-made basis shall apply a retroactive date that precedes the Enrollment Effective Date or the provision of ASP Services. An extended reporting period must be purchased if the retroactive date is advanced or if the coverage is terminated and not replaced by another claims-made policy with the same retroactive date.

In the event that any of the required policies of insurance are written on a claims-made basis, then such policies shall be maintained during the Initial Term, all renewal terms and for a period of not less than five (5) years following the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
