Clarification of expectations. An employee may make a written request to his/her supervisor for clarification of the performance expectations of the employee in his or her position. Within a reasonable period of time following the request, the supervisor and the employee shall mutually develop the performance expectations, which shall delineate specific job requirements, expectations or objectives on which clarification has been sought. Employees will be allowed a reasonable period of time to achieve such expectations.

Separate your mood/emotions (e.g. “I feel frustrated/angry/lethargic this morning”), from your attitude (“I’m going to get the most out of myself in these sessions regardless of my mood”) – you can’t always control your mood/emotions, but you can control how you react to them • Celebrate each other’s achievements – congratulate each other for good performances in training and/or races • Recognise and appreciate when other people (athletes or staff) have gone above and beyond to help you Session Delivery: • Be punctual for the advertised start time for the session (including any pre-activity and/or briefings) • Pay attention & concentrate during session briefings to ensure you have clarity of the tasks and objectives.   • Clarifications It is the Bidder’s responsibility to become familiar with and fully informed regarding the terms, conditions and specifications of this Invitation for Bids. Lack of understanding and/or misinterpretation of any portions of this Invitation for Bids shall not be cause for withdrawal of your bid after opening or for subsequent protest of award. Contractor warrants that each Deliverable will conform to and perform in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and all applicable specifications and documentation. For each such Deliverable, the foregoing warranty shall commence for such Deliverable upon the JBE’s acceptance of such Deliverable, and shall continue for a period of one (1) year following acceptance. In the event any Deliverable does not to conform to the foregoing warranty, Contractor shall promptly correct all nonconformities to the satisfaction of the JBE.
