Classification Assessment Tool. Grade 4 and Above Purpose This Classification Assessment Tool has been developed to assist in the process of determining the classification level of staff within management levels of the YWCA Canberra. This document should be read in conjunction with the classification descriptions that has been developed in association with the development of the Collective Agreement 2008-2011. The classification descriptions for YWCA Grade 4 and 5 have been developed using the SACS Award as a basis. This document aims to provide further clarity regarding the differentials between management positions classified at Grade 4 and Grade 5. General descriptors YWCA Grade 4: Positions with responsibilities at the Program level. This will include responsibility for teams of staff, day to day operational matters including budgets and meeting contract obligations, and organisational representation. YWCA Grade 5: Positions with responsibilities at the Unit Manager level. Generally these positions will be very autonomous, have responsibilities that are multi-locational, multi-program, have multiple funding sources and have a complexity in relation to factors such as service methodology, and income and funding sources.

  • Classification Review (a) An Employee who has reason to believe that they are improperly classified due to a substantial change in job duties, may apply to the Department Director, or designate, to have the Employee’s classification reviewed. The Director, or designate, will review the Employee’s application and advise the Employee of the Employer’s decision.

  • EQUIPMENT TAX ASSESSMENT 17.1 Any bid for public improvement shall comply with Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 77-1323 and 77-1324.
