Classification Review Procedure -- Formal. Employees who have received a written decision under section 6.7.1 may petition for a review of an employee’s classification through submission of aRequest for Classification Review” form to the Human Resources Office. Requests for Classification Review may be submitted at any time during the school year, however, they will only be processed on a first come basis from September 15 through March 15 each school year. The “Request for Classification Review” form shall be designed and agreed upon by the District and the Union. Any changes in the Request for Classification Review form shall be mutually agreed upon between the District and the Union.

  • Review Procedure If the Plan Administrator denies part or all of the claim, the claimant shall have the opportunity for a full and fair review by the Plan Administrator of the denial, as follows:
