Common use of Classified Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Classified Evaluation. Evaluations of all classified employees shall be conducted at least once every two (2) years after their initial evaluation in their first year of employment. Any employee who does not receive a regular scheduled evaluation shall be deemed to meet or exceed the performance standard for their position.

Classified Evaluation. Evaluations of all classified employees A. Employees shall be conducted at least evaluated annually by their Immediate Supervisor. Employees shall be evaluated each year during their first four (4) years of employment, thereafter the employee shall be evaluated once every two (2) years after their initial unless annual evaluations are deemed appropriate for individual employees. The employee will be notified no less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the evaluation conference. An employee may be evaluated in their first an off-cycle year in the event of employment. Any employee who does not receive a regular scheduled evaluation shall be deemed to meet or exceed deficiencies in the performance standard for their positionare noted.
