Classified Retirees. 14 A retiree may be re-employed by the District. The retiree shall be paid at Step A on the Classified Hourly 15 Schedule in the position employed. A retiree may not be hired as a consultant or professional expert for 16 the district if the duties to be performed are the same as or similar to those performed by the employee 17 in the previously held classified position.
