Using Internet technology, the Dealer Real Time system enables the dealer to: - instantaneously access a consumer's vehicle purchase request as soon as the consumer submits it online, - track all interaction with the consumer, - send e-mail to consumers using a variety of predetermined templates, - input new and used vehicle inventory information for immediate display to consumers on Xxxxxxxxx.xxx Web pages, - track dealership performance through a series of reports available online, - access Xxxxxxxxx.xxx "news" and product information online, and - contact Xxxxxxxxx.xxx technical support personnel via e-mail links.

Participant shall not make, publish, or ----------------------------------- otherwise communicate through the Netscape Network any deleterious remarks concerning Netscape or it Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents (including, without limitation, Netscape's business projects, business capabilities, performance of duties and services, or financial position) which remarks are based on the relationship established by this Agreement or information exchanged hereunder. CLASSIFIEDS. During the perion form the Effective Date until nine months after the effective Date, ICP shall not enter into any long term (i.e, 12 months or more) agreement with respect to the implementation or promotion of any classifieds listing features through the ICP Sites ("Classifieds"). In addition, ICP and AOL shall also discuss in good faith the integration of the any ICP Classifieds (including any database related to ICP Classifieds) into any AOL classifieds features, on terms and conditions to be agreed upon.
