Classroom Equipment. You may NOT use any of the teacher’s supplies or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, pencils and pens, dry-erase markers, paper, tissue paper, trash bags, staplers, erasers, paper, etc. Many of these items were purchased BY THE TEACHERS.

Classroom Equipment. 1. Each student shall have a desk or comparable table space. 2. Each classroom shall be equipped with erasers, teacher’s desk, file cabinet, bulletin board, waste receptacle, pencil sharpener, and electrical outlets, unless the instructor feels that any of the above are not necessary due to the nature of the class or program. 3. The Board of Education agrees to make every effort to provide and maintain, in each classroom housing students in a learning situation, the equipment, furnishing, and supplies necessary to fulfill the aims and objectives of the class. 4. The Board agrees to do all within its power to maintain libraries that are stocked with books, magazines, newspapers, and other reading materials that will supplement the various educational programs within each building.
Classroom Equipment a. Provide the Xxxx of Faculty with a list of classroom equipment needed and what, if any, equipment allergies (for example, dry erase pens or chalk) are of concern. b. A list of special classroom equipment such as projectors and sewing machines and the days and times the equipment shall be used in the classroom (e.g., Monday, 1:00-2:00 P.M.) shall also be included. Teacher understands there may be an established rotation schedule for special equipment usage. Students may be charged an equipment fee in classes if the Teacher requires the use of special equipment for several days. Teacher shall be notified as soon as possible if unusual equipment is unavailable. 1. A copy of the letter Teacher shall send to each student with itemized lists of supplies Teacher shall furnish and the supplies the student shall bring to class. The list should include all materials to be used in the class.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event an agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may shall be submitted to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to ICD for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and ICD will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.
