Clean Order Process. ‌ The CP shall request any new provide Order, in-life change or cessation of Service on the relevant Order Form to KCOM. The Order Form is mandatory and the Order will not be accepted by KCOM in any other format. The Order Forms to be used for Analogue, ISDN2 and ISDN30 Line Rental and Wholesale Calls will be notified by KCOM to the CP. The Order Form must be sent by email to the KCOM Wholesale Desk the details of which are specified in the Customer Service Plan. For each Wholesale Calls Order an Order for the provision of KCOM Line Rental Services must be placed to ensure an Exchange Line is available over which the Service can be provided. Where an Order is placed for Analogue, ISDN2 or ISDN30 Line Rental and no Order is placed for Wholesale Calls a default calls service will be provided Version 2 04/12/18 Service Operations Manual pursuant to the KCOM Line Rental Agreement and charged at the applicable Charges specified in the Price List. On receipt of the Order Form, KCOM will review the Order Form for any errors or missing information. If any discrepancies are identified on the submitted Order Form, KCOM will reject the Order Form by return email, advising the CP of the reason(s) for rejection. In order to proceed with the Order, the CP will need to resubmit the Order Form to KCOM with the errors corrected and/or omissions inserted. The returned Order Form will be treated as a new Order and will restart the Clean Order Process. Once the Order Form includes full and accurate written details of the End User and End User Site to which the Order relates KCOM will commence delivery of the Order. Upon KCOM’s acceptance of the Order, KCOM shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the Services by the Proposed Start Date. The Proposed Start Date for each type of Order is set out in Table 1 below. It is the CP’s responsibility to ensure the Order Form includes all information necessary for successful completion of the Order.   • Order Process When the start of production of your reservation nears, we will ask you to confirm your option selections and to provide full details of the legal purchaser of the Model X. Tesla will create an order for your Model X containing the information provided by you, and a Purchase Agreement indicating the estimated purchase price of your Model X, taking into account the base price of the model and any options included or that you select, plus estimates of any applicable taxes, duties, transport and delivery charges, and any other applicable fees. Tesla will then submit to you the order and the Purchase Agreement for your review. If you wish to proceed and purchase the Model X, you must sign and return the Purchase Agreement together with any amounts that are then required to be paid. Production of your Model X will then be commenced and your deposit payable under the Purchase Agreement will be held by Tesla as a non-refundable deposit (to the extent permitted by applicable law). At the time you enter into the Purchase Agreement, you may, at your sole option, notify us that you would like to take your Reservation Payment and apply it to your deposit. These procedures may be subject to change.

  • Order Processing Any order by you for the purchase of shares of the respective Funds through us shall be accepted at the time when it is received by us (or any clearing house agency that we may designate from time to time), and at the offering and sale price next determined, unless rejected by us or the respective Funds. In addition to the right to reject any order, the Funds have reserved the right to withhold shares from sale temporarily or permanently. We will not accept any order from you that is placed on a conditional basis or subject to any delay or contingency prior to execution. The procedures relating to the handling of orders shall be subject to instructions that we shall forward from time to time to all members of the Selling Group. The shares purchased will be issued by the respective Funds only against receipt of the purchase price, in collected New York or Los Angeles Clearing House funds subject to deduction of all concessions on such sale (reallowance of any concessions to which you are entitled on purchases at net asset value will be paid through our direct purchase concession system). If payment for the shares purchased is not received within three days after the date of confirmation the sale may be cancelled forthwith, by us or by the respective Funds, without any responsibility or liability on our part or on the part of the Funds, and we and/or the respective Funds may hold you responsible for any loss, expense, liability or damage, including loss of profit suffered by us and/or the respective Funds, resulting from your delay or failure to make payment as aforesaid.

  • Project Delivery Order Procedures The TIPS Member having approved and signed an interlocal agreement, or other TIPS Membership document, may make a request of the awarded vendor under this Agreement when the TIPS Member has services that need to be undertaken. Notification may occur via phone, the web, email, fax, or in person. Upon notification of a pending request, the awarded vendor shall make contact with the TIPS Member as soon as possible, but must make contact with the TIPS Member within two working days. Scheduling of Projects Scheduling of projects (if applicable) may be accomplished when the TIPS Member issues a Purchase Order and/or an Agreement or Contract that will serve as “the notice to proceed” as agreed by the Vendor and the TIPS Member. The period for the delivery order will include the mobilization, materials purchase, installation and delivery, design, weather, and site cleanup and inspection. No additional claims may be made for delays as a result of these items. When the tasks have been completed the awarded vendor shall notify the client and have the TIPS Member or a designated representative of the TIPS Member inspect the work for acceptance under the scope and terms in the Purchase Order and/or Agreement or Contract. The TIPS Member will issue in writing any corrective actions that are required. Upon completion of these items, the TIPS Member will issue a completion notice and final payment will be issued per the contractual requirements of the project with the TIPS Member. Any Construction contract prepared by the TIPS Member’s Legal Counsel may alter the terms of this subsection, “Scheduling of Projects”.

  • Change Order Procedure The Agency may at any time request a modification to the Scope of Work using a change order. The following procedures for a change order shall be followed:

  • SALES AND ORDER PROCESSING CHARGE Contractor shall sell its products to END USERS based on the pricing and terms of this Agreement. H-GAC will invoice Contractor for the applicable order processing charge when H-GAC receives notification of an END USER order. Contractor shall remit to H-GAC the full amount of the applicable order processing charge, after delivery of any product or service and subsequent END USER acceptance. Payment of the Order Processing Charge shall be remitted from Contractor to H-GAC, within thirty (30) calendar days or ten (10) business days after receipt of an END USER’s payment, whichever comes first, notwithstanding Contractor’s receipt of invoice. For sales made by Contractor based on this Agreement, including sales to entities without Interlocal Agreements, Contractor shall pay the applicable order processing charges to H-GAC. Further, Contractor agrees to encourage entities who are not members of H-GAC’s Cooperative Purchasing Program to execute an H-GAC Interlocal Agreement. H-GAC reserves the right to take appropriate actions including, but not limited to, Agreement termination if Contractor fails to promptly remit the appropriate order processing charge to H-GAC. In no event shall H-GAC have any liability to Contractor for any goods or services an END USER procures from Contractor. At all times, Contractor shall remain liable to pay to H-GAC any order processing charges on any portion of the Agreement actually performed, and for which compensation was received by Contractor.

  • ORDER PROCESSING CHARGE H-GAC will apply an Order Processing Charge for each sale done through the H-GAC contract, with the exception of orders for motor vehicles. Any pricing submitted must include this charge amount per the most current H-GAC schedule. For motor vehicle orders, the Processing Charge is paid by the Customer.

  • Purchase Order Requirements Customers shall use a Request for Quote per section 287.056(2), Florida Statutes, when making purchases off of this State Term Contract. Customers shall issue Request for Quotes to at least 25 vendors approved to provide IT Staff Augmentation services in accordance with section 287.0591(5), Florida Statutes. Customers shall order services from the Request for Quote via a Purchase Order with the Customers’ selected Contractor. The terms of the Purchase Order shall not conflict with the terms and conditions established by this Contract. In accepting a Purchase Order, the Contractor recognizes its responsibility for all tasks and deliverables contained therein, warrants that it has fully informed itself of all relevant factors affecting accomplishment of the tasks and deliverables and agrees to be fully accountable for the performance thereof.

  • Specific Order Processes and Requirements 1. Distributor will order Software from SAP using and filling out completely such forms and minimum order requirements as SAP may prescribe from time to time and must comply with any then-current order process for the specific Software product. Where applicable, Distributor agrees to use the electronic means provided by SAP for placing orders.
