Exchange Line definition

Exchange Line means apparatus comprised in an Electronic Communications Network and installed for the purpose of connecting a telephone exchange to a Network Termination Point;
Exchange Line means apparatus forming part of the System used by the Supplier to connect the Site to a telephone exchange to provide the Service. IPR: means all intellectual property rights including, without limitation, copyright, patents, trade marks, registered designs, design rights, mask works, know how and all other similarly protected rights.
