CLEAN WATER REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq. The Contractor agrees to report each violation to the Department and understands and agrees that the Department will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.
CLEAN WATER REQUIREMENTS. A. The contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq. The contractor agrees to report each violation to the purchaser and understands and agrees that the purchaser will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.
B. The contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA.
CLEAN WATER REQUIREMENTS. This provision applies to all Agreements greater than $50,000.
(a) The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. Section 1251 et seq. The Contractor agrees to report each violation to the TJPA and understands and agrees that the TJPA will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and FRA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.
(b) The Contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each Subcontract exceeding $50,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA and FRA.
CLEAN WATER REQUIREMENTS. Consultant agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq. Consultant agrees to report each violation to ATL and understands and agrees that ATL will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. Consultant also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA.
CLEAN WATER REQUIREMENTS. The Clean Water requirements apply to each Contract and subcontract which exceeds $100,000.
(1) The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq. The Contractor agrees to report each violation to Pace and understands and agrees that Pace will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.
(2) The Contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA.
CLEAN WATER REQUIREMENTS. A. The Second Party agrees to report each violation to the State and understands and agrees that the State will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to the FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. The Second Party also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $100,00 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA.
CLEAN WATER REQUIREMENTS. A. The Consultant agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et. The Consultant agrees to report each violation to City of Seattle and understands and agrees that City of Seattle will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.
B. The Consultant also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by the FTA.
CLEAN WATER REQUIREMENTS. Contractor agrees to report each violation to SRTA and understands and agrees that SRTA will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. Contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA.
CLEAN WATER REQUIREMENTS. Contractor and its subcontractors and consultants shall be required to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U. S. C. 1251 etseq. To the extent that Contractor discovers or becomes aware of a violation of these requirements during the course of performing this Agreement, Contractor agrees to report such violation to the IPTC and understands and agrees that the IPTC will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to the FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. Contractor also agrees to include the requirements of the above clause in each subcontract issued pursuant to this Agreement exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by the FTA.
