Clearing members. A Board-regu- lated institution that is a clearing member must use the methodologies described in paragraph (c) of this sec- tion to calculate its risk-weighted as- sets for a cleared transaction and para- graph (d) of this section to calculate its risk-weighted assets for its default fund contribution to a CCP.
Clearing members. In addition to any Rules or other qualifications set forth by the Corporation, a Member Firm, as so designated pursuant to the Rules, shall hold not fewer than two (2) Class A Memberships in order to qualify (a) as a Clearing Member, as such term is defined in the Rules, and (b) for member rates.
Clearing members. In case the Liquidity Provider is not a Clearing Member and, thus, did not enter into a direct contractual relationship where the Price List of Eurex Clearing AG is applicable (e.g. where the Liquidity Provider is a Non- Clearing MemberDC Market Participant), ECAG shall apply the rebates towards the responsible Clearing Member which collects the transaction fees towards its customers. For the avoidance of doubt, in such a case it is then in the responsibility of the Liquidity Provider to agree with its Clearing Member on the provision of incentives in this relationship.
(4) From the Effective Date and until further notice, EFAG and ECAG shall automatically monitor whether Liquidity Provider fulfils the respective requirements for the granting of Incentives. For this period, the Product Specific Supplements apply automatically when Liquidity Provider providespro- vides liquidity in the respective product. For the avoidance of doubt, Liquidity Provider is not required to select the products where Liquidity Provider intends to provide liquidity.
Clearing members. Rule 301. Application and Qualification Requirements [Amended 2/14/2013]
(a) Only Persons found by the Clearinghouse to be appropriately qualified shall be permitted to be Clearing Members. For the purpose of determining whether an applicant is appropriately qualified, an applicant shall submit an application in such form as shall be prescribed by the Clearinghouse, which form shall include a certification that the applicant has reviewed and agrees to abide by the Rules and perform the duties and responsibilities of a Clearing Member. The Clearinghouse may establish minimum capital and other requirements for Clearing Members, examine the books and records of any applicant or Clearing Member, and take such other steps as it may deem necessary to ascertain the facts bearing upon the question of qualification.
Clearing members. The Services will provide Clearing Members with the ability to hold and present to the Clearing Organisation the electronic Storage Certificates created by Approved Silos that evidence the ownership in commodities, goods and materials stored in the Approved Silos. The Services provides the Clearing Organisation with facilities to manage the contract settlement process for commodity futures cleared by the Clearing Organisation. Key function includes tracking the Storage Certificates of Clearing Members with short positions. The Services will enable non clearing Trading members to facilitate and organise bilateral arrangements to exchange quantity of contracts for delivery before the final matching of counterparties.
