Clearing Members. A Board-regu- lated institution that is a clearing member must use the methodologies described in paragraph (c) of this sec- tion to calculate its risk-weighted as- sets for a cleared transaction and para- graph (d) of this section to calculate its risk-weighted assets for its default fund contribution to a CCP.

Clearing Members. In addition to any Rules or other qualifications set forth by the Corporation, a Member Firm, as so designated pursuant to the Rules, shall hold not fewer than two (2) Class A Memberships in order to qualify (a) as a Clearing Member, as such term is defined in the Rules, and (b) for member rates.
