  • Progress Report By March 1 of each year, ***** will submit a written annual report to Stanford covering the preceding calendar year. The report will include information sufficient to enable Stanford to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for Stanford to ascertain progress by ***** toward meeting this Agreement’s diligence requirements.   • CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY REPORT Each calendar quarter, Vendor must provide a contract sales activity report (Report) to the Sourcewell Contract Administrator assigned to this Contract. A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Vendor must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Customer Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Customer Physical Street Address; • Customer City; • Customer State/Province; • Customer Zip Code; • Customer Contact Name; • Customer Contact Email Address; • Customer Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Vendor.

  • Position Description The employee shall be responsible for drafting his/her position description form and shall forward it to his/her supervisor for approval. When the employee and the supervisor disagree on the job description, they shall meet promptly and attempt to reach an agreement on the employee's job duties. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the supervisor will finalize the job description in accordance with the supervisor's understanding and expectations of the position. The employee may submit his or her comments for the classification analyst to consider when reviewing the position description.

  • Executive Summary Contractor shall, upon request by NASPO ValuePoint, provide NASPO ValuePoint with an executive summary that includes but is not limited to a list of states with an active Participating Addendum, states with which Contractor is in negotiations, and any Participating Addendum roll-out or implementation activities and issues. NASPO ValuePoint and Contractor will determine the format and content of the executive summary.
