JOB SUMMARY. This position performs with a high degree of independence under the direction of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, with oversight from the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. This employee is responsible for the administration of a comprehensive Risk Management program that will encompass Audit Administration, Compliance Programs and Security Administration. Will also serve as primary liaison with bank regulators and will ensure regulatory compliance with Federal and State laws, regulations, and guidelines. This position is also responsible for ensuring written operating policies are developed and maintained.
