Client Case File. For each client served, the Provider shall maintain an individual electronic or hard-copy case file that includes a detailed chronological account of service delivery including, but not limited to, the following: C-1.17.1. Eligibility documentation, including a legible copy of the front and back (if applicable) of immigration documentation; C-1.17.2. Intake information; C-1.17.3.   • Database File The Servicer will provide the Successor Servicer with a magnetic tape (in a format reasonably acceptable to the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer) containing the database file for each Contract (i) as of the Initial Cutoff Date, (ii) the Subsequent Cutoff Date, (iii) thereafter, as of the last day of the preceding Due Period on each Determination Date prior to a Service Transfer and (iv) on and as of the Business Day before the actual commencement of servicing functions by the Successor Servicer following the occurrence of a Service Transfer.

  • Personnel File An employee, or the President of the Union, or his/her designate, with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review the employee's personnel file(s), both paper and, if applicable, electronic, in the office in which the file is normally kept, in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. The employee or the President, as the case may be, shall give the Employer adequate notice prior to having access to such file(s).

  • Receivable Files Complete There exists a Receivable File pertaining to each Receivable. Related documentation concerning the Receivable, including any documentation regarding modifications of the Contract, will be maintained electronically by the Servicer in accordance with customary policies and procedures. With respect to any Receivables that are tangible chattel paper, the complete Receivable File for each Receivable currently is in the possession of the Custodian.

  • Client Records 25.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and 26 complete records of clients served and dates and type of services provided 27 under the terms of this Agreement in a form acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR.

  • Grievance Files Written grievances and responses will be maintained separately from the employee’s personnel file.

  • COMPUTER GRAPHICS FILES The Engineer agrees to comply with Attachment G, Computer Graphics Files for Document and Information Exchange, if determined by the State to be applicable to this contract.

  • Missing or Insufficient Review Materials Upon receipt of the Review Materials, the Asset Representations Reviewer will review the Review Materials to determine if any Review Materials are missing or insufficient for the Asset Representations Reviewer to perform any Test. If the Asset Representations Reviewer determines any missing or insufficient Review Materials, the Asset Representations Reviewer will notify the Servicer promptly, and in any event no less than 20 calendar days before completing the Asset Representations Review. The Servicer will have 15 calendar days to give the Asset Representations Reviewer access to the missing Review Materials or other documents or information to correct the insufficiency. If the missing Review Materials or other documents have not been provided by the Servicer within 15 calendar days, the related Review Report will report a Test Fail for each Test that requires use of the missing or insufficient Review Materials.

  • Personal File Any employee or owner operator shall be allowed to inspect his or her own personal file in the presence of the Company, during normal business hours. Any Officer of the Union, acting on behalf of the Employee, may inspect an employee or owner operator’s disciplinary file, with the written authorization from the employee or owner operator.

  • Review of Custodial Files The Custodian agrees, for the benefit of Certificateholders, to review, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.01 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, each Custodial File. If in performing the review required by this Section 2.3 the Custodian finds any document or documents constituting a part of a Custodial File to be missing or defective in any material respect, the Custodian shall promptly so notify the Seller, the Master Servicer and the Trustee.

  • Access to Review Materials The Servicer will give the Asset Representations Reviewer access to the Review Materials for all of the Subject Receivables within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the review notice in one or more of the following ways in the Servicer’s reasonable discretion: (i) by electronic posting of Review Materials to a password-protected website to which the Asset Representations Reviewer has access, (ii) by providing originals or photocopies of documents relating to the Subject Receivables at one of the properties of the Servicer or (iii) in another manner agreed by the Servicer and the Asset Representations Reviewer. The Servicer may redact or remove PII from the Review Materials so long as all information in the Review Materials necessary for the Asset Representations Reviewer to complete the Asset Review remains intact and unchanged.
