Services Documentation definition

Services Documentation means the documentation provided to the Client pursuant to a Services engagement, including without limitation, such documentation describing the project specifications, design, configuration, architecture and testing procedures, or installation and user guides, as applicable.
Services Documentation means collectively, the operating instructions, user manuals, and help files, in written or electronic form, made available to Company and that are intended for use in connection with the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services.
Services Documentation means any written information we provide to you, including information in electronic format, as amended from time to time, related to a Treasury Service, including but not limited to documentation that contains instructions regarding the use of a Treasury Service. Current Services Documentation is available upon request.

  • These remedies are contingent upon the following: (i) that the Deliverable has not been modified by Client; and (ii) that the alleged breach did not result from Client’s failure to abide by its obligations defined in the applicable Schedule or for its failure to follow the Services Documentation.

Services Documentation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c) of this Agreement.
Services Documentation means the services manuals, user instructions, technical literature and all other related materials in eye readable form supplied to the Client by the Service Provider for aiding the use of the TelUPay Services.

Services Documentation means the documentation provided by Adonis or its designated subcontractors to the Customer as set out in the relevant SOW. Service Level Availability means the targeted availability levels measured in the Production environment, as specified in the SaaS Listing, which may vary according to each SaaS Products and Services and its component capabilities. Software Maintenance means the provision of telephone and online support, fixes, patches and new releases made available while on active Maintenance or new Versions if applicable to the generally available Adonis Software licensed by Customer. A valid Maintenance Agreement is mandatory for all use of Adonis Software. There is an annual fee on this agreement Software Location is the location indicated on the Schedule where the Customer is authorized to install the Adonis Software. Standard Contractual Clauses means the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries, as approved by the European Commission Decision 2010/87/EU, or any set of clauses approved by the European Commission which amends, replaces or supersedes these. Subcontractor means any entity which Adonis or an Adonis Affiliate has a contract for the provisioning of certain services and will include terms to protect confidentiality and data. Subscription Term means the initial or renewal period of the subscription to a SaaS Products and Services as set out in the Schedule. Sub-Processor means any Data Processor (including any third party) appointed by the Processor to process Controller Personal Data on behalf of the Controller. Term means, with respect to each Schedule, the period during which the Adonis Products and Services is provided, licensed or granted.
