Service Priorities. In the event of a Partial Loss, SES Americom shall immediately initiate all commercially and technically reasonable measures, consistent with protecting the Satellite and all services provided thereon, to restore the Service as quickly as possible. Restoration shall be effected by utilizing any available spare equipment on the Satellite to restore the Service and/or the Channel. If access to spare equipment on the Satellite is required for more than one Channel as a result of a single event or simultaneous events, Customer will determine the preferred use of the spare equipment, provided that Customer’s decision does not adversely impact the Satellite.
Service Priorities. The ADRC must provide all of the core services and activities prior to using ADRC grant funds for other allowable services. Core services and activities are those covered in Section II of this scope of services. Provision of these services by the ADRC is required in accordance with the ADRC operations manual. Other allowable services and activities are those covered in Section III of this scope of services. The ADRC may provide these services only if it is providing all of the required core services and funds and staffing permit.

Māori student achievement Māori student achievement data is collected, analysed and used to inform planning and practice. The RTLB team makes progress against the Rubrics 2.7 and 3.1 from the Measurable Gains Framework, Ka Hikitia – Accelerating Success 2013-2017 and its successor. Pasifika student achievement Pasifika student achievement data is collected, analysed and used to inform planning and practice. The RTLB team uses the Pasifika Education Plan 2013- 2017 and its successor to set goals to accelerate literacy and numeracy achievement for Pasifika students. Inclusion RTLB work with others to actively lead, promote and support inclusive practices in all their work with cluster schools/kura and community networks.

Service Priorities. In line with the Education and Training Act 2020 and Government priorities – the National Education Learning Priorities (NELP), Ka Hikitia - Ka Hāpaitia and Tau Mai Te Reo, the Action Plan for Pacific Education 2020-2030, the Learning Support Action Plan 2019-2025 (LSAP) and Delivery Model (LSDM), and the Attendance and Engagement Strategy 2022 – the Board will ensure the RTLB cluster includes the following priorities. Within each priority attention should be given to noticing and responding to neurodiversity. NELP priorities inform RTLB service provision, planning and reporting NELP priorities are reflected in strategic planning and reporting Implementing Ka Hikitia - Ka Hāpaitia3 and Tau Mai Te Reo4 Ka Hikitia priorities are reflected in practice and in planning and reporting for each cluster and this is strengthened by contributions from Ngā Pouwhirinakitanga to clusters. Ākonga Māori in English and Kaupapa Māori and Māori medium learning settings access RTLB support Implementing the Refresh of the Action Plan for Pacific Education 2020 – 20305. Pacific Education Action Plan shifts are reflected in strategic planning and reporting in ways that reflect the needs of Pacific learners in each cluster including support for the work of Tautai Work to support capability building and inclusive practices within Te Tūāpapa o He Pikorua RTLB’s work with Ministry staff to actively lead, promote, and support inclusive practices in all their work with cluster schools and kura and community networks. RTLB continue to deliver high quality Incredible Years Teacher and Autism programmes. RTLB’s support teacher capability in the areas of inclusive practices and universal design for learning. Work undertaken responds to local requests and priorities and is agreed by each cluster so overall workloads and responsivity can be maintained. He Pikorua results in practice shifts across RTLB and Ministry staff6 Collaborative work to implement He Pikorua and to support practice shifts for RTLB and Ministry staff. Practice shifts collectively strengthen the provision of flexible, tailored and responsive learning support within Te Tūāpapa He Pikorua and the LSDM. Develop and implement He Pikorua outcome indicators across RTLB and Ministry services to understand practice shifts in each service. Develop and use shared or aligned RTLB/Ministry/cross cluster processes including an outcomes framework, service access, service review, consent and privacy, and complaints processes.
Service Priorities. Subrecipient shall assure that the Title V SCSEP will serve the eligible service population and give priority to individuals who:
a. Are sixty-five (65) years of age or older.
b. Have a disability.
c. Have LEP (Limited English Proficiency) or low literacy skills.
d. Reside in a rural area.
e. Are veterans or spouses of veterans as defined in 20 CFR 641.520(b).
f. Have low employment prospects.
g. Have failed to find employment after utilizing services provided through the AJC Delivery System; or
h. Are homeless or at risk for homelessness. [OAA § 518(b)] [20 CFR 641.520] The Subrecipient shall develop and implement methods to recruit minority populations to ensure they are enrolled at least in proportion to their numbers in the population area. [OAA § 515(c)]
Service Priorities. Lessor shall immediately initiate all reasonable measures, consistent with protecting the Lessee’s digital channel on Lessor’s leased satellite transponder and all services provided thereon, to restore Lessee’s digital channel as quickly as possible should it become a Transponder Failure, as set forth in Lessor’s Agreement with GE.
Service Priorities. Requests are generally handled in a first in, first out order, however may be prioritized according to impact and the availability of replacement parts. Most repairs are completed with 2 business days after the equipment has been dropped off for service, however this timeframe may be extended at times during the year due to workload.
