Common use of Client Clothing Clause in Contracts

Client Clothing. Prior to requesting preauthorization to purchase clothing for a client’s court appearance, Contractor agrees to contact contractors who maintain “clothing rooms” to determine whether suitable clothing is available. (Contact SCA for a current list.) If Contractor receives preauthorization to purchase clothing for a client, that clothing shall be provided to a “clothing room” upon completion of the case.
