CLIN 001 – ONGOING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE 10 Points. This is a fixed priced service. The Offeror must provide with its proposal a detailed breakdown of how the fixed price was developed. This breakdown shall include, but not be limited to the following: (a) Labor categories; (b) fully-loaded labor rates (to include the Contractor’s overhead, G&A costs, and profit); and (c) number of hours per labor category. The Contractors’ Overhead and G&A shall include the cost profit of all background investigations and training required under the contract.

  • Operations and Maintenance Pursuant to Section 10.5 of this Agreement, Developer shall pay the reasonable expenses (including overheads) for the operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and incremental operating and maintenance expenses incurred in association with System Upgrade Facilities, if and to the extent provided for under Attachment S. For Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, such expenses are calculated as follows:
