Labor Rates. Services shall be provided under this OF in accordance with Section 3 of the Contract. (List Technician Level(s), Rate (Rates are inclusive of the Department of Information Resources Administrative Fee) Hours, and Total Labor Fee.)
Labor Rates. In addition to the Fixed Price contract items identified above, the cost proposal should include a schedule of proposed fully burdened labor rates (as described in B.2.2.2) for the base and each option year. These labor rates will be used, at the discretion of the contracting officer, for potential pricing negotiations of related work that may be outside the scope of this contract effort but deemed advantageous to the Government in terms of expedient execution.

Labor Rates. The Contractor shall pay not less than the minimum hourly wage rates on this contract as established in accordance with Section 220 of the Labor Law, as shown on the Wage Schedule and Prevailing Rate Schedule, either shown on the following pages or the current prevailing rates paid at the time of construction. Each bidder shall submit with its bid a separate sealed list that names each subcontractor that the bidder will use to perform work on the contract, and the agreed-upon amount to be paid to each, for: (i) plumbing and gas fitting, (ii) steam heating, hot water heating, ventilating and air conditioning apparatus and (iii) electric wiring and standard illuminating fixtures. After the low bid is announced, the sealed list of subcontractors submitted with such low bid shall be opened and the names of such subcontractors shall be announced, and thereafter any change of subcontractor or agreed-upon amount to be paid to each shall require the approval of the owner, upon a showing presented to the owner of legitimate construction need for such change, which shall be open to public inspection. Legitimate construction need shall include, but not be limited to, a change in project specifications, a change in construction material costs, a change to subcontractor status as determined pursuant to paragraph (e) of subdivision two (2) of section two hundred twenty-two (222) of the labor law, or the subcontractor has become otherwise unwilling, unable or unavailable to perform the subcontract. The sealed lists of subcontractors submitted by all other bidders shall be returned to them unopened after the contract award. COMPLETION OF WORK Work is required to be completed to the satisfaction of the Engineer, and in substantial accordance with the Specifications hereunto annexed and the Plans therein referred to and the Change Orders amended to the Contract.
Labor Rates. Should the need arise for emergency service, repair work, or maintenance to be performed during the plan period, Munters’ labor rates will be discounted per Munters’ Contract Customer rates as listed on the current Billable Rate Sheet. This discount is for billable rates that would occur outside of regularly scheduled visits and beyond the normal scope of a ServiceCaire visit. Munters’ prices are based on a standard five-day work week. Any services required (including travel time) on a weekend, holiday, or on overtime hours are subject to additional charges. A lead-time of two to four week notice for service technician availability and travel arrangements is required. Expediting requests may require an additional premium. Please note that all planned ServiceCaire visits must be completed within the plan period or within 30 days of the plan’s expiration provided Munters has made a good-faith effort to schedule these visits. Munters reserves the right to consider all planned visits complete and closed and/or subject to final invoicing at the expiration date of the contract if reasonable attempts to schedule those visits have been made by Munters. Upgrading to Include a Maintenance Plan: Munters also offers a full Maintenance Plan to our customers to extend the time spent on the equipment during visits and increase the frequency of filter changes, belt and drive inspections, and seal maintenance. The Maintenance Plan covers preventive and routine maintenance checks as outlined in the Operating & Maintenance manual provided with the original equipment. Major equipment repairs, modifications, and spare or replacement parts are not included as part of the Maintenance plan.
Labor Rates. A. The hourly rate shall include all costs for the work including direct and indirect labor charges (in accordance with the established general prevailing wage rate requirements), vehicles, all necessary equipment, tools, overhead, travel, depreciation, other expenses and all profit.
Labor Rates. (a) HUD approval of all labor rates is required before the awardee’s staff, contractors, or consultants can incur costs under this Agreement, unless otherwise authorized by the Cooperative Agreement Officer. HUD will determine the reasonableness of and approve all rates in accordance with 2 CFR part 200, including 2 CFR 200.404. The approval requests must be submitted as directed by XXX.
Labor Rates. The 2020-2021 Labor Rates will be determined by LCPS and will be effective and replace the current Labor Rates in Exhibit 1 attached hereto when written notice is provided to HCA of the new rates by LCPS.

Labor Rates. The labor rates are to be considered straight time costs for work accomplished during normal working hours. All routine Fire Protection Services must be performed during the normal work day. Any emergency or other scheduled Fire Protection Services performed at any other time will be executed only with prior written approval from the Client Agency. Labor rates are listed as follows: Normal Work Day: 7:00 am through 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding all State holidays.
