Common use of Clinical Nurse Educator Pay Clause in Contracts

Clinical Nurse Educator Pay. Effective the second full pay period on or after ratification of this Agreement, any nurse working in the position of Clinical Nurse Educator shall have his/her base rate increased by two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50). Clinical Nurse Educators are not eligible to receive Charge Nurse Pay under Article 8.4. 8.13.1 Any nurse who is in a Clinical Nurse Educator position at time of ratification, and remains in the Clinical Nurse Educator position, will continue to receive Charge Nurse Pay when serving as Charge Nurse. Any nurse hired into the Clinical Nurse Educator position after ratification is not eligible to receive Charge Nurse Pay.
