Close order. 3.5.1. In order to close an order through the Client's trading terminal without using an Expert Advisor, the Client must press the "Close" button at the same time when the quotes offered by the Company are considered satisfactory.

Close-Outs Subrecipient’s obligation to County shall not end until all close-out requirements are completed. Activities during this close-out period shall be completed in accordance with federal and State regulations and shall include, but are not limited to: making final payments; submitting final invoice(s), report(s), in accordance with the requirements of Paragraph 49, and documentation; disposing of program assets (including the return to County of all unused materials and equipment); remitting any program income balances and accounts receivable to County, and determining the custodianship of records. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the terms of this Contract shall remain in effect during any period that the Subrecipient has control over CDBG funds, including Program Income.
Close Out Upon the Close-out of any Contract, the Close-out Amount for such Contract shall be due. If, however, Applicable Law would stay or otherwise impair the enforcement of the provisions of this Agreement or any Contract upon the occurrence of an insolvency related Close-out or Event of Default, then Close-out shall automatically occur immediately prior to the occurrence of such insolvency related Close-out or Event of Default.
System Timeout The system providing access to PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must provide an automatic timeout, requiring re-authentication of the user session after no more than 13 twenty (20) minutes of inactivity.
Closeout Closeout of the Award does not alter the record retention or access requirements of this section of this Master Agreement.
Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.
Project Close-out Termination of a research project that used controlled-access data from an NIHdesignated data repository (e.g., dbGaP) and confirmation of data destruction when the research is completed and/or discontinued. The project close-out process is completed in the dbGaP Authorized Access System.
Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the pay- ment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Sub- xxxxxxx will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.
Lunch Period Employees who work five (5) hours or more shall be granted a thirty (30) minute, duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period, which may or may not be during the normal lunch hours.
Billing Period The calendar month shall be the standard period for all charges and payments under this Agreement. On or before the fifteenth (15th) day following the end of each month, Seller shall render to Buyer an invoice for the payment obligations incurred hereunder during the preceding month, based on the Energy Delivered in the preceding month, and any RECs deposited in Buyer’s GIS account or a GIS account designated by Buyer to Seller in writing in the preceding month. Such invoice shall contain supporting detail for all charges reflected on the invoice, and Seller shall provide Buyer with additional supporting documentation and information as Buyer may request.
