Closing Document Deliveries. At the Closing, the Parties shall deliver the following documents:

A fully executed copy of the closing document(s) evidencing the transfer to and assumption by LH of the assets and liabilities of the District as described herein in Sections 2.1.1 and 2.2.1 and set forth on Schedules 2.1.1 and 2.2.1 attached hereto.
