Closing of the Practice Sample Clauses

Closing of the Practice. (a) The Employer reserves the right to close the Practice from time to time including outside of the two (2) weeks over the Christmas/New Year break or as mutually agreed by the Employer and Employees. In the case the Employer wishes to close the Practice, the Employer shall give the Employees four (4) weeks notice to allow the Employees to either, make arrangements to take Annual Leave or to make arrangements for Banked hours or to make a mutually agreeable arrangement in writing with the Employer so that the Employee may receive normal pay for the period of the closure.
