CLUSTERING AND LIAISON EVENTS. FIT4REUSE partners will attend clustering events during the project’s lifetime, whose context will be in a close relationship to the aims of the project. This would be a great opportunity to disseminate at international and national level its objectives, progress and results. Various other projects relevant to the project’s context, either funded from the European Commission or not, are currently in progress or are expected to begin in the foreseeable future. These events will provide a fruitful environment to expand the stakeholders’ network, receive feedback or create linkages to other relevant projects, therefore widening the community engaged in the project. Some of these projects, their relation to FIT4REUSE and the involved partners are listed below. Table 2.1 Relation between FIT4REUSE and other projects.   • Reporting and liaison 13.1 The Grantee agrees to provide the Reporting Material specified in the Grant Details to the Commonwealth.

  • Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions 10.14.1 Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter 12T, “City Contractor/Subcontractor Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions,” of the San Francisco Administrative Code (“Chapter 12T”), including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time. The provisions of Chapter 12T are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12T, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section.   • Program Monitoring and Evaluation (c) The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

  • Cooperation of the Parties Each Party agrees to cooperate fully in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of any Patent Rights under this Agreement. Such cooperation includes, but is not limited to:

  • Collocation Transfer of Responsibility Without Working Circuits The Collocation is not serving any End User Customers and does not have active service terminations (e.g., Interconnection trunks or UNE Loops) or 2) Collocation Transfer of Responsibility With Working Circuits – The Collocation has active service terminations, such as Interconnection trunks or is serving End User Customers.

  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with college/district policies and available resources.

  • Cooperation on Preventing End User Fraud The Parties agree to cooperate fully with one another to investigate, minimize, prevent, and take corrective action in cases of fraud.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • POSITION OF THE PARTIES 4.1 This Agreement is an integrated package that reflects a balancing of interests critical to the Parties. The Parties agree that their entry into this Agreement is without prejudice to and does not waive any positions they may have taken previously, or may take in the future, in any legislative, regulatory, judicial or other public forum addressing any matters, including matters related to the same types of arrangements and/or matters related to CenturyLink’s rates and cost recovery that may be covered in this Agreement. XXXX agrees to accept these terms and conditions with CenturyLink based on this Agreement as reciprocal where applicable. Furthermore, to the extent they apply to CenturyLink’s provision of services and/or facilities to CLEC, such terms are intended to apply only to the extent required by Applicable Law.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation a. The AGENCY shall expeditiously provide to the COUNTY upon request, all data needed for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and/or auditing the program(s). This data shall include, but not be limited to, clients served, services provided, outcomes achieved, information on materials and services delivered, and any other data required, in the sole discretion of the COUNTY, that may be required to adequately monitor and evaluate the services provided under this Contract. Monitoring shall be performed in accordance with COUNTY’S established Noncompliance Standards, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment “C”.
