Common use of Co-defendant with Board Clause in Contracts

Co-defendant with Board. (a) Where the employee as a result of the employment relationship, is a co- defendant with the Board in an action brought by a third party, the employee shall be permitted leave of absence without deduction of salary or sick leave for the purposes of responding to the action with the Board.
