Cola Definition. For purposes of this Agreement, “Cola” is herein defined as and limited to, the state-enacted implemented and funded percentage cost of living adjustment to the Oak Park Unified School District’s 2005-06 and 2006-07 Base Revenue Limit per ADA. Except to the extent such funds are statutorily rolled into the Base Revenue Limit, the following monies are specifically excluded from such formula: Non-general fund monies, reimbursements (mandated costs, etc.,) categorical funds, Class size Reduction funds, lottery, tax receipts, Urban Impact Aid, special purpose monies (e.g., drivers’ education, transportation, special education) summer school, desegregation funds, and any other monies not attributable to the state COLA formula, Effective upon receipt, deficit reduction funds, if any, which are rolled into the Base Revenue Limit on a continuing basis shall be counted within the above definition of COLA.
