Collaboration with Academic Departments and Disciplines. The Distance Learning department collaborates with the instructional administrators and faculty to determine demand for developing distance learning courses. Once courses have been selected for distance learning development, the appropriate department chair, representative, or designee are notified. In order to assure that the department and discipline faculty have input into the course development process, the following will occur:  The designated administrator and the faculty department chair, representative, or designee will be notified when the course is complete and ready to be submitted to the OIC.  Faculty members serving on RTT development teams will be expected to communicate with discipline faculty on an ongoing basis during the course development process to assure that the course is being designed in compliance with all departmental requirements.

Once courses have been selected for online development, the appropriate department chair, representative, or designee will be notified. In order to assure that the department and discipline faculty have input into the course development process, the following will occur:  The Associate/Assistant Xxxx or designee and the faculty department chair, representative, or designee will be given access to all RTT courses during the development stage and/or major revisions and will be notified when the course is complete and ready to be submitted to the OIC.  Faculty members serving on RTT development teams will be expected to communicate with discipline faculty on an ongoing basis during the course development process to assure that the course is being designed in compliance with all departmentally designated requirements.   • Permitted Uses and Disclosures of PHI 2.1 Unless otherwise limited herein, Business Associate may:

Section 17935(d)(2), and the HIPAA regulations, 45 C.F.R. Section 164.502(a)(5)(ii); however, this prohibition shall not affect payment by CE to BA for services provided pursuant to the Contract.
