Collaborative Improvement Team. The Collaborative Improvement Team (CIT) will develop guidelines and operating procedures, that include voting of a chair and secretary, to enhance an effective operation consistent with the principles of collaboration. The goal of the (CIT) is: To xxxxxx a positive climate of continuous improvement, collaboration, and problem solving whereby the entire staff feels comfortable sharing ideas, concerns, and resolutions to benefit the school, staff, and the students they serve. The team is charged to: • Plan/Approve the school calendar for the year including, but not limited to, professional development, scheduled meetings, etc. • Make recommendations regarding school policy and procedures • Review practices, procedures, and requirements that would value both the quality and quantity of designated planning time • Address working conditions/contractual issues • Ensure that all employee voices are heard in the decision-making process. The team will consist of the following: • The principalAn Association faculty representative • Three to seven teachers nominated in a general faculty meeting and elected by a secret ballot vote of all the teachers of the faculty • To ensure a broad representation of the faculty and staff, up to three additional people may be appointed to the team. Appointments should follow the above agreed upon guidelines and operating procedures. The Director of Employee Relations and/or SEA leadership will meet with the team should assistance be requested.

Identify all assumptions used in the estimates.  Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions.  Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of the project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.
