Collateral Contact. Prevention-oriented consultation or collaboration MCT consults and collaborates with other agencies and community members to plan orinitiate appropriate crisis intervention and prevention services and activities. Family members, advocates, and other concerned significant others are linked to services and community resources as appropriate Additionally, to aid with crisis prevention, stigma reduction, and increased public awareness, MCT may engage in the following indirect, non-reimbursed services and activities when not responding to service calls:
