Collection of Personal and Online Account Information. In order to provide you with the External Transfer Service, we will collect or confirm your "Personal Information" as you register for the External Transfer Service. Personal Information is defined as your name, email address, home address and ZIP code. You must also provide us with the name and Routing Number of your other financial institution and your account number (“Account Information”). You hereby represent that you are the legal owner of your accounts accessed by the External Transfer Service and your Account Information. Please be reminded that we do not review your Account Information and are not responsible for its completeness or accuracy. The External Transfer Service does not have the ability to initiate transactions or deliver notices or instructions concerning your accounts. You are responsible for all charges associated with your Account Providers. If, after you have registered your account for the External Transfer Service, new Account Information is provided to us for an additional account, we will send a confirmation notice to you that we have received new Account Information. You hereby represent, warrant, and agree that if you do not advise us upon receipt of the confirmation that you did not provide us with the new Account Information, that you are obligated to pay for any transfers made using the new Account Information.

  • Collection of Personal Information 10.1 The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the fact that the Company is collecting the Subscriber's personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Subscription Agreement and completing the Offering. The Subscriber's personal information (and, if applicable, the personal information of those on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting hereunder) may be disclosed by the Company to (a) stock exchanges or securities regulatory authorities, (b) the Company's registrar and transfer agent, (c) Canadian tax authorities, (d) authorities pursuant to the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada) and (e) any of the other parties involved in the Offering, including legal counsel, and may be included in record books in connection with the Offering.
