Collective Agreement and official languages. The costs of printing and translating the Agreement shall be paid entirely by the Company. The English and French language versions of this Collective Agreement are both official. In the event the two versions of the Agreement are at variance, the version thereof that corresponds to the language in which it was negotiated will prevail. All Company instructions addressed to a Cabin Attendant shall be in the official language of the Cabin Attendant’s choice. Other written communications addressed to a Cabin Attendant may be written in either official language. Should the language in which a communication is written prevent a Cabin Attendant from clearly understanding it, the Company shall provide the necessary clarification (s).

  • COPIES OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT The Union and the Employer agree that every employee should be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and her rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Employer shall make available copies of the Collective Agreement in booklet form to all of its employees. The cost of printing shall be shared equally between the Union and the Employer. The Agreement shall be printed in a Union shop and bear a recognized Union label. The Union and the Employer shall agree on the size, print and color of the Agreement and all other particulars prior to it being printed.   • Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement and the Loan Documents (a) On and after the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, and each reference in the Notes and each of the other Loan Documents to “the Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment. (b) Each of the Credit Agreement, the Notes and each of the other Loan Documents, as specifically amended by this Amendment, is and shall continue to be in full force and effect and is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Guaranty does and shall continue to guarantee the Guaranteed Obligations, in each case, as amended by this Amendment. (c) The execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Amendment shall not, except as expressly provided herein, operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of any Lender or the Administrative Agent under any of the Loan Documents, nor constitute a waiver of any provision of any of the Loan Documents. On and after the effectiveness of this Amendment, this Amendment shall for all purposes constitute a Loan Document.
