Commencement of Supply. We will use reasonable endeavours to commence supplying the Service to You by the Target Service Start Date. We make no guarantee that We will be able to supply the Service to You by the Target Service Start Date. If the Service does not have a Target Service Start Date We will use reasonable endeavours to commence supplying the Service within a reasonable timeframe.
Commencement of Supply. (a) Beginning as of the Commencement Date for each specific Customer Group in a specific Transaction, Seller shall provide Requirements to the Buyer. For purposes of certainty: Seller's obligations on the Commencement Date shall be to provide Requirements for all Default Service Customers identified in the related Confirmation taking service as of and including the Commencement Date.
(b) With respect to each person or entity that becomes a Default Service Customer subsequent to the applicable Commencement Date, Seller shall provide Requirements to the Buyer to meet the needs of the Default Service Customer(s) as of and including the Initiation Date for such customer initiating such service during the applicable Delivery Term.
(c) If Seller elects to receive electronic notification as provided in Section 3.7, the Buyer shall provide to Seller a notice of Initiation Date via electronic file transfer and in a format specified by the Buyer. Each notice of Initiation Date shall include the account number, the date Seller's service to the Buyer is to begin for a Default Service Customer and the customer’s rate class.

(c) If Seller elects to receive electronic notification as provided in Section 3.7, the Buyer shall provide to Seller a notice of Initiation Date via electronic file transfer and in a format specified by the Buyer. Each notice of Initiation Date shall include the account number, the date Seller's service to the Buyer is to begin for a Last Resort Service Customer and the customer’s rate class.
Commencement of Supply. For a New Connection, We will have the Premises connected and have arranged the commencement of supply to You within 30 Working Days of the Commencement Date of this Agreement. If Lines upgrades or extensions are required before supply can commence, we will agree a timeframe for Your New Connection.

Where your premises is, at the date of this Agreement, connected to the electricity Distribution System operated by the Network Operator we will start supplying electricity to your premises no later than 15 working days after the Relevant Date, unless: – you request that supply starts from a later date; – a third party supplier that is registered for the premises objects to the transfer of your premises to Click Energy; or – there are circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from starting to supply by that date.

(c) During the Delivery Term that Seller provides Default Service to the Buyer’s Large Customer Group, Buyer shall make its best efforts to notify Seller promptly of all Customer Initiation Dates of retail customers in the Large Customer Group. Upon such notice, Buyer shall also provide historic annual (prior billed 12 months) peak kVa and total kWh consumption for such customers.
