Commercial Business Automobile Liability. PROVIDER agrees to maintain Commercial/Business Automobile Liability at a limit of not less than $1,000,000 Each Occurrence. PROVIDER further agrees coverage shall include liability for Owned, Non-Owned & Hired automobiles. In the event PROVIDER does not own automobiles, PROVIDER agrees to maintain coverage for Hired & Non-Owned Auto Liability, which may be satisfied by way of endorsement to the Commercial General Liability policy or separate Business Auto Liability policy.
Commercial Business Automobile Liability. Insurance which shall include coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of any owned, non- owned or hired automobile. The Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance Policy shall provide not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits for each occurrence and shall name the Owner, and their agents, consultants and employees as additional insureds.
Commercial Business Automobile Liability. Insurance coverage with a combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence with respect to any of the Operator’s owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles used in the performance of this Contract.

If PROVIDER transports participants, PROVIDER agrees to maintain Commercial/Business Automobile Liability at a limit of not less than $1,000,000 Each Occurrence. PROVIDER further agrees coverage shall include liability for Owned, Non-Owned & Hired automobiles. Commercial Business Automobile Liability. Insurance including coverage for all owned, non-owned, leased, and hired vehicles providing coverage for bodily injury and property damage liability with combined single limits of not less than * per occurrence and * in the aggregate per Siemens policy year, except as may otherwise be required by Applicable Law.
Commercial Business Automobile Liability. Commercial/business automobile liability insurance that will protect the Program Manager, SAWS and the City from claims for damages arising out of the maintenance, operation, or use of any owned, non-owned or hired vehicles. Minimum limits of liability for this line of insurance coverage for bodily injury and property damage combined shall be not less than $1,000,000 per each occurrence. This line of insurance coverage shall be endorsed: • Naming SAWS and the City as an Additional Insured; and • To provide a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of SAWS and the City. SAMPLE
Commercial Business Automobile Liability. Insurance — under ISO Coverage Form No. CA 00 01 10 13, as amended or supplemented from time to time, or an equivalent form acceptable to the NYISO — for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.
