Commercial Business Automobile Liability. PROVIDER agrees to maintain Commercial/Business Automobile Liability at a limit of not less than $1,000,000 Each Occurrence. PROVIDER further agrees coverage shall include liability for Owned, Non-Owned & Hired automobiles. In the event PROVIDER does not own automobiles, PROVIDER agrees to maintain coverage for Hired & Non-Owned Auto Liability, which may be satisfied by way of endorsement to the Commercial General Liability policy or separate Business Auto Liability policy.

Commercial Business Automobile Liability. Insurance which shall include coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of any owned, non- owned or hired automobile. The Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance Policy shall provide not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits for each occurrence and shall name the Owner, and their agents, consultants and employees as additional insureds.
